Looking forward to a weekend full of fun? Before we look ahead, let’s recap last weekend’s festivities. On a warm Sunday afternoon, Bay Area makeup artist Nao Naudia hosted her very first makeup seminar at Heaven + Hannah Beauty Lounge and Makeup Studio/Boutique. Adored in a baby pink dress from Papaya and a matching pink pout, the Instagram beauty stood in front a crowd of lovely ladies to demonstrate this glam makeup look:
The finished look on Jack! More like a social club than a lecture class, everyone shared their secret makeup tips and tricks and favorite beauty products. With special guests @CammJay and @MakeupByMiggz, here are some of the tricks of the trade that were revealed:
- Cut crease: Use this eye technique to enhance (or fake!) a crease with your eyeshadow primer or concealer
- Tight Line Like a Pro: Prevent fallout by setting your tight line with powder
- Lash Application: Rather than closing your eyes, look down during application and then look up to adjust the lashes to your eye shape. Using a thin brush, line the lashes with an extra coat of glue for extra hold
- Under-eyes: Prevent creasing by warming up the product with your fingers and using minimal product
